Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Porch Refine Project ("we," "us") handles information when you use https://porchrefineproject.com.

Information We Collect

• Information you provide on our contact form: first and last name, and optionally email address, mobile number, and a message.
• SMS consent details when you select a text category: phone number, selected category, consent timestamp, source page, disclosure version, and browser user agent.
• Basic technical information your browser sends, such as device type and pages visited.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to your questions, provide planning resources, deliver the text categories you choose, and maintain the website.

SMS Communications

Text messages are sent only to people who check a separate SMS consent box. Categories are:

• Account notifications: Enrollment confirmations, requested project reminders, and saved-plan or preference updates.
• Marketing messages: Project-planning resources, seasonal home ideas, new worksheets, and homeowner tools.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms of Service.

Mobile Opt-In Information

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

This includes contractors, service providers, lead aggregators, and third-party marketers. Porch Refine Project does not offer provider introductions through its SMS program, and SMS consent never authorizes sharing your information with any provider.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use essential cookies and basic analytics to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry and consent information only as long as needed to respond to you, honor your preferences, and keep records of consent and opt-out requests.

Opt-Out Rights

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any text to stop messages for that program. You may also email hello@porchrefineproject.com to update your preferences or request deletion of your information.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
